На сайті Українського культурного і освітнього центру в Вініпезі (Ukrainian Cultural and Educational Centre Oseredok) була помічена красива і унікальна бартка з ініціалами «ІФ».

| Description : | A hatchet made of two parts – a long shaft inserted and glued into the underside of the head. The hatchet is made out of wood and painted black. On the head towards the blade, across the underside there is a cutout groove where the topirets’ is secured behind the man’s belt. The blade is covered on both sides with a thin sheet of metal (brass?) with incised carvings. At the top of the shaft, there are two Ukr. initials “I Ф” that are carved. All sides of the head and two thirds down the shaft are decorated with incrusted with mother-of-pearl, and red, white, blue, green beads. There are semi-circles of encrusted metal wire. Once belonged to Ivan Franko, one of the most celebrated Ukrainian writers, and was later in the possession of Colonel Evhen Konovalets’ and donated by his wife Olha in 1948. |

В описі сказано, що ця бартка колись належала Івану Франку, одному з найвідоміших українських письменників, а згодом була у власності полковника Євгена Коновальця і подарована його дружиною Ольгою у 1948 році.
Тобто предмет має зв’язок що найменше двома великими українцями. Цей топірець має ккрім великої історичної цінності ще й мистецьку. Є чудовим зразком роботи народних майстрів Карпат.
